ERDF PROJECT: IMPLEMENTING CONTACT FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO 16EUR OLD TOWN MUNKENHOF GUESTHOUSE

The goal of the project was to guarantee our guests with completely contact free customer service. In order to do so, we aimed to replace human contact with automated systems. In other words: electronic code-locks were installed to all doors of the property and a fully automatic snack vending machine and a coffee machine were installed to the lobby area.  As a result we are now able to provide our guests with 100% contact free customer service from making the reservation until  the check-out. Old Town Munkenhof Guesthouse is situated in the heart of Old Town, Tallinn’s medieval centre. The guesthouse is 100 meters from the Town Hall Square on the quiet Munga street, which means you are just steps away from the city’s best restaurants, cultural attractions,  and nightlife.

16 eur apartments is our newest project located at Uus-Tatari 25a. We have designed the apartments to include everything you need for vibrant and comfortable city life.

All the apartments are fully renovated, fully furnished, include a kitchen and a bathroom and all the areas are covered with WIFI.
